Reservations

First, please note that Player’s does not require reservations to attend normal events. Only Premium Events like New Years, Halloween, Mardis Gras, etc.. However we do know that some of you may prefer a certain table or section and Player’s is happy to accept your reservation for your specific seating requirement with the following requirements.

Free reservations are accepted from paid VIP Members and for Birthday groups under our Birthday policy listed below. All other reservations are accepted for a $5 reservation fee per person only.

To make a reservation, just drop us an Email with the date of your reservation, your name(s), membership number, number of seats you reserved (max. 24) and seating requests (seating chart here). Please note that we can only accept reservations until 6PM of the day of the party you wish to attend.

For paid reservations you will need to present your emailed receipt at the door upon your arrival and pay the normal door dues for that evening. All online purchases are final and there are no refunds.

SEATING RESERVATIONS (1 per person per seat)

VIP DEN RESERVATION
If you wish to reserve a VIP Den for the evening please use the “Buy Now” button below. In addition, please Email us with your names, membership number, den requested and date you would like to attend. Then simply present your online receipt at the door with the usual nightly dues. Please be aware that this is online service is not applicable to “Premium” nights as Dens sell at a premium on those nights. If you do purchase online for a premium night you may be charged an additional amount as appropriate.

Members Birthday Parties: For member couples celebrating and hosting their own birthday party of a minimum of 5 couples or more we will reserve an area for you free of charge, allow the birthday couple free admission and everyone in their party $10 off the usual door fee before 10PM. Also, if anyone in their party does not have a current Player’s membership, a special one night membership valid for the party night in lieu of the discount at the door. Just Email the club to set it up!

Memberships: As a private club membership is required for entry and must be kept current to attend any Player’s Club events. You may use the following links to pre-purchase your membership prior to coming out to Player’s. Please keep in mind that all purchases made online are non-refundable.

This Basic membership is our minimum level of membership available for couples, single females and single males and includes your free door entry on the night of your first visit. Please note that your emailed CC receipt is your proof of payment. Please print it out & bring it with you on your first visit along with your completed membership application available for download here and your photo id’s. Membership will begin on the date of your first visit, not the date of purchase.
